This helps prevent that sticky and uncomfortable feeling while exercising. It should also be stretchable to freely adjust on the different positions and movements you do during the exercise. Always choose workout wear with the right fit – not too tight or too loose. Don’t forget to bring some extras in your sports backpack every time you hit the gym. 

Gym Shoes
